WiFi Calling

I am try to turn on my WiFi calling and it isn’t allowing me to do that. How do I fix it?

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Wi-Fi calling is a carrier feature. It must be supported by your carrier and enabled on your service plan.

What happens when you try to turn it on exactly? Do you get an error? If so what does it say?

It brought me to a page where it had me update my emergency info and I did that and it shuts it off after I go back to my settings. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Yes, part of the Wi-Fi calling setup is to enter your emergency contact details.

Once everything is setup, you can just make a call while connected to Wi-Fi.
