Activation lock problem?

Recently I reset my Apple Watch and start to pair it again but when I start to pair it as my new device activation lock asked me for the Apple ID and password I give it the Apple ID and password but it says that it is it correct but it is correct just because it is worked with App Store then I tried it again and again but it says it is my Apple ID is disable for security purpose I go toApple id.com to fix it but Apple id.com says my Apple ID is incorrect so what can I do?
