can't install iTunes
when I try to install iTunes , it show this message, This update requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier.
in fact my Mac using macOS big sur version 11.4
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

The information above applies to Big Sur as well. Catalina is just the release in which Apple implemented the change.
