One of my home screen icons (Weather widget) is suddenly 4x larger than all the rest. Turning Zoom feature on and off has no effect. How can I get it back to normal size? iPhone 11 Pro IOS 14.6

What you are looking at is called a Widget. In your case, you are looking at the Weather app widget. Your screen is not zoomed. To add/remove the widget, please read the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ How to use widgets on your iPhone
