Apple Watch Series 3 stuck on Apple logo
replaced touch screen sensor, battery and screen and now only logo will come up
any suggestions

How about the hard reset, will that make it go further?
Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
