How can I change the BILLING address on my apple card?
I can log in and change the shipping address and have done so. The billing address is greyed out and won't allow me to change it

Access your account information
Quickly find or edit your information and customize your account preferences.
See or edit your billing address
To change your billing address, tap Update Billing Address and provide your billing address information. When you enter a new billing address, use the two-letter abbreviation for your state. A physical address is required to apply for Apple Card and to receive your titanium Apple Card shipment. You can also use a military address.
Please allow 24 to 48 to update all your records.

Hi, how long has it been since you updated the Apple Card billing address? Have you selected the Apple Card as your default payment method? If the Apple Card is not the default payment method and you have multiple billing addresses, it will display the billing address of the default card.
If your Mac is not running the latest Mac OS compatible with your system, change address may be grayed out.

At the above Apple ID address, you can’t edit your billing address?
You will want to reach out to the Apple Support Team at 1-800-MY-APPLE. The support documents all state the billing address is selected from the Primary credit card account. My thought was it just hadn’t update because Apple Card is a Goldman Sachs Bank product and your Apple ID are separate. It may take a day or two to update. But if you changed addresses months ago and it still hasn’t updated, then there is an issue and it will require a call to the support team.

I updated the billing address a couple months ago. I didn't realize the old address was still showing until I just resubscribed to Apple Music and the email receipt showed the old. I just made the Apple Card the primary, and double checked all the billing address of the other cards in the wallet. They are all correct. The only place my old address is listed is at https://appleid.apple.com/ and that seems to be the deciding factor
I suppose I should add, I have been able to update it via the iPhone settings. However, if I log in on a browser it still shows my old address and whenever I get a receipt from purchases it shows the old address in the emailed receipt. Something isn't syncing
I did that. It updated on the iPhone. However, if I go to the website using a browser my old address is still listed and it’s locked so I can’t change it. And when ever I make a purchase, the email shows up and has my old address listed in the billing address
On my iPhone, the billing address is correct.
At https://appleid.apple.com/ under the "payment and shipping" section, my shipping address is correct, the billing address is my old address and it is greyed out so I can not update it
I *think* I may have it figured out. I went into Apple Music app on my MacBook and under Account/View my account/Manage payments I added a new CC with the correct address and removed the Apple CC and Apple Pay Cash cards. Then I went in and added the Apple CC card with my current address and set as default. It then updated my address at appleid.apple.com and also removed it from being greyed out.
