Removing passcode without backed up

I forgot my passcode and I didn’t backup my data, how can I remove passcode without removing data?

I could give you my information and you can check it up to identify me

You cannot remove your forgotten passcode without removing your data. That is how it works. If you have not created a backup, then you will lose your data. There is no way around it. If you wish to use the device again, you are going to have to restore it and that will remove your data. This is a tough way to learn about doing regular backups, but that is how it is.
