My Apple Watch is showing the thermometer symbol and time?

please help me fix my apple watch which is in a persistent state showing the themometer symbol and time ?

So far I have tried to leave it in a cool area for several days but it wont come back to normal condition. Its a series 3 38 mm I bought in March/April 2021.
