Sorry, but you are past the period (which was 14 days) to return this phone for a replacement. At least for free. At this point, you can try trading in your phone (still might be a little early for that) or selling it outright, and then, get a new one in your preferred color.

They do not accept the iPhone 12 Pro as a trade in at this time.

No, Apple will not take a trade-in for the same model phone.
