Apple TV Promotion

apple tv gave me this promotion that I get Apple TV free for a year. When I click continue on the offer it send me back to the beginning of clicking on the offer again.

and it still won’t let me watch anything on it. It keeps asking to redeem the offer and I keep trying every time is the same.
