You would have needed to purchase AppleCare within 60 days of the original purchase of the device. Buy an AppleCare plan - Apple Support

Before it was after purchasing 8months now it’s before 60days I was not knowing so please help me out because my phone is to complete 8months help me out

If you did not initially add AppleCare to your purchase, you have 60 days after purchase to add it. After that, you can no longer add Apple Care.
