You'll need to contact Apple Card support. Without an iPhone, iPad, or watch your card can only be used online or in person at Apple. To access and use all the features of Apple Card, you must add Apple Card to Wallet on an iPhone or iPad with the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Update to the latest version by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Tap Download and Install. This will also allow you to manage your Apple Card on your device, request a titanium card, and make purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Otherwise, you will only be able to use your Apple Line of Credit for certain eligible purchases online and in-store at Apple. See the Apple Card Customer Agreement

Not helpful. I have neither an iPhone or Apple Watch and the instructions require each. I do not know what the Apple Card number is as I was sent an email to accept the card after an approval. However, the link provided to accept the card from my application goes to a sales page and not my application. I only have a MacBook Air apple product currently.
