Try using Apple's iForgot service.


If it says they don't have sufficient information, you need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here or here and pick a method; if you can't use any of those listed, choose one from this link.

To access the appleid.apple.com first Apple ID and password is filled up , immediately it prompts to enter three answers for security questions .

Even you know the correct questions and answers for respective security questions are not known , the account can't be accessed .

This secondary authentication account has to be converted into two factor authentication from the device see the articles Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support (IN)

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support

Note :
