iMessage is signe out. Hacked?

First of all I wasn’t texting an iPhone number. The msg below kept popping up. Is there an ordinary explanation for this? Thank you.

The chances of your iPhone getting hacked are close to zero unless your iPhone has been jailbroken.

Have you tried going to Settings ➔ Messages to see whether you are still signed in to the Messages app?
