How increase my battery life
My battery life is decreasing and it’s consuming lot while I’m using.

Batteries are consumable parts. With every full cycle charge, battery health declines until it's time to replace the battery. iPhone 7 is a phone released now over 5 years ago. It may just be time to get a new battery.
Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health - what is shown? If you are close to or below 80%, it's time for a new battery, which you can have replaced at your Apple Store Genius Bar for $49.
