Still no dark mode support on iTunes for windows?

After using iTunes (windows) for years now for apple music etc, how is there still no dark mode support for the application considering almost every other platform has support for dark mode. The iTunes app feels outdated for 2021. The browser apple music has a more modernised look for example with dark support. Will the windows app get some improvement updates any time soon?
