Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today adding a payment method in Jamaica.
Most debit and credit cards are accepted in Jamaica. Please see: Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID and the section "Learn more".
Be sure your Apple ID payment method billing address matches your country and region for your Apple ID. Have you ever changed that: Change your Apple ID country or region?
You may need to contact the card issuer as well.
