Upon unplugging from power last week I noticed the phone was frozen. I rebooted and now it is stuck in a reboot loop. Was able to initiate the restore through iTunes on the computer, however once it's completed and the phone attempts to reboot, it again is stuck in the loop. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Genius Bar appointment - This is tricky to get to directly. Go to https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ > Get hardware help. Select your hardware and continue selecting options requiring replacing parts until you see "Bring in for Repair" --> Sign in with Apple ID
Have done both of those and it is still in the loop. AT&T, Best Buy Geek Squad have both tried restore multiple times with no success. I was also able to initiate and complete the restore process 4 times, however once it completes and attempts to restart the iPhone, it goes back to the loop.
After restore my phone is stuck in a reboot loop. What to do?
