My iphone XR is lost. It shows up under "my account" as a device, but it does not show up under the "find my" app. HELP

Have you tried using Find My Phone in iCloud.com?

Find My Phone - Lock and track your device using Lost Mode.

Find My Phone - If your device is lost or stolen.
