No. Messages within a Green Bubble means that the SMS method was used to send/receive the text message. Messages within a Blue Bubble means that the iMessage method was used to send/receive the text message. iMessage (Blue Bubble) only works between Apple devices. For communication with Non-Apple devices, SMS (Green Bubble) is used.
