So I've been caught out twice by forgetting to cancel a free subscription and been slapped with a bill for the next period that is no longer free. Money has already gone off my account. Is there any way to claim some of that money back (some are yearly subscriptions), happy to end it/remove the subscription right this minute in order to get some money back.
