Any different method when I don’t have WiFi access

Hello:) If you don't have a computer running iTunes, there is no other way to backup. iCloud backups only work over WiFi. Your only other option would be to go somewhere where there is WiFi and backup there.

No, you need a WiFi connection to do an iCloud backup.
