Hey been having a weird issue, most recent iOS. All screen contents get dragged down as if I were trying to view a pull-down menu.
after it happening long enough during regular use, ive been able to trigger it intentionally by moving my finger left and right repeatedly on the home button, other times up & down. Any way to fix this?

There is no issue.
It's called Reachability.
"Touch ID button is double-tapped (not pressed).
Tapping the Touch ID button (home button) twice will bring the top half of the iPhone screen
down to the middle of the display.
This means controls or apps at the top of the screen can be reached without using a second hand."

Thank you! This wasn’t a thing on my last phone. Disabled it in settings.
