how do i recover deleted backup

is there any chance i could recover a deleted backup from storage management ? help please !!

If it is an iCloud backup, and you deleted it, it is gone for good. If it is an iTunes backup, you could check the Trash on a Mac or Recycle Bin on a PC. I’m not familiar with Windows but that we the trash is called in Windows is where you can check. That would only work if you actually deleted the backup. If you overwrote backup, it’s gone.
