Do Not Disturb Someone informed me that when Do Not Disturb is turned on it is displayed in my messages. Is there way to turn that off in the sense that if and when someone tries to text me they aren't informed that my Do Not Disturb is currently turned on?

Oh sorry, didn't realize the link was only about messages.

I'm not aware of a partial block for calls, just allowed or blocked.

Maybe this is a workaround for calls https://osxdaily.com/2021/04/01/how-mute-contact-iphone-silence-calls-messages-notifications/

Thank you for sending that. This is a person who doesn't text only calls. is there a way to block their calls without completely blocking them just taking a break?
