Resetting brand new IPad pro
I synced the new iPad to the wrong old IPad. I have erased all settings but I can’t get back to set up.
iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi
How did you erase all settings?

You need to use “erase all content and settings” not “reset all settings”. The former will boot back to the setup and welcome menu.
Alternative use iTunes or finder and restore as a new device.
