l am no longer receiving emails and have no idea why. Sender is advised that email address is not valid

Receiving or sending? Asking as if that’s the error you are prompt with seems to be for issue of sending emails.


That said, you should check your email account configuration uses correct settings including correct username and password, port number, SSL on/off, etc.

We are happy to help with the issue you are having no longer being able to receive email. Could you tell us exactly what the error is that you are seeing?


You want to make sure your iPhone is up to date. Learn how to Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch here.


Can you login to your email account on a different device or on a computer?


You want to make sure your mail account is added correctly. Use Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You might need to remove your mail account in settings and then add your mail account back again.
