Hii , so I was buying things on a app , but all of a something it was letting me get things for free.I was shocked honestly but I was like ok and then I started buying more things and it was not charging it on my account so now I have a balance I have to pay before downloading or buying anything and it’s not my fault . Is there anything y’all can help with ? Pls and thank you
