I have the 4th generation apple TV and the pause function on the remote is no longer working unless I press the Siri function first. This also happens using the remote app on my iphone so appears to be an issue with the apple TV box. Any suggestions on how to resolve?
- Verify that the system software is up-to-date (and not beta). Update your Apple TV - Apple Support
- Do a cold restart of your Apple TV box (disconnect from power for a minute or two).
Then try again.
