I cannot switch App Store country/region
I cannot change my country/region because I need to update games and it need to change to other country
See here for instructions on how to change your country or region: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201389. I am not sure what updating an app has to do with changing your country unless you somehow downloaded an app from an App Store that you don’t have access to from where you live.
