STUCK ON RECOVERY MODE iPhone XR

I wasn't able to access any apps including settings. So I had to hard reset my phone (Up vol+down vol+hold lock button until apple logo appeared) and now I'm currently stuck on RECOVERY MODE & the Apple Logo+Loading bar.
