We understand from your post that music you have purchased from iTunes keeps disappearing. Do you mean that it is not in your purchase history?
See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support
Or do you mean that after you have downloaded it and it is no longer downloaded on your device? Check under Settings > Music and see if Optimized Storage is enabled. If so, turn it off and see if your music is available after downloading it again.
