While the Dynamic Desktop options of your Mac computer aren't supported as dynamic wallpaper on iPhone, you can find the available options for wallpaper images that will change automatically when Dark Mode is enabled by heading into Settings > Wallpaper.
Wallpaper images marked with the Appearance button will change appearance when Dark Mode is turned on. You'll want to refer to the information in this guide for an example of what to look for, under the section titled, "Change the wallpaper":

It's then possible to have Dark Mode turn on based on time of day, or your set schedule by heading into Settings > Display & Brightness, and enabling Automatic, then setting up the schedule under Options. Here's more information:
