iTunes phone unlock, Support Case Number, how to look up???

Looks like you can't look up those kinds of reference numbers?

No, this is my first time doing it, my team however do it regularly.

My issue, is with the inability, to look up this particular type of case ID # that is generated from the web page to unlock the devices in the first place, they generate you a support ID reference number that isn't actually searchable.

This is no good.

I did not have an Apple ID at the time of using the URL.

You can request an iTunes / Phone unlock without an Apple account.

I have since made an account.

The number is not a valid number for the "Repair ID" field nor the "Serial Number or Postal Code" fields at the URL you have suggested.

This is a government purchased phone with a proof of purchase, my team do these all the time.

Simply need to provide a proof of purchase document, our reseller buys direct from Apple in the name of our entity.
