5G SIM card not working in iPhone XR
Can someone please help me I switched my phone to the 5G sim with boost mobile then when I did my husbands his phone says sim not supported
The iPhone XR is not capable of working with a 5G signal. It may work with LTE.
if you get the error that the SIM card is not supported then that means that the iPhone is locked to the carrier that it last worked on. You will need to contact that carrier to find out the requirements to unlock the iPhone.
