Redeem free apple tv plus promotion

I bought a new Apple TV 4K device. I had a free year of Apple TV plus from a previous promotion but it expired. I have already been charged for one month. How do I get the new promotion of 3 months free from my new device...or is this not possible?

You don't. There's only one Apple TV+ trial per Apple ID or Family Sharing group.
