OS X drivers not working on big sur

I am considering purchasing a new Mac Mini as a new multi-media recording workstation. However, Focusrite has made it pretty clear that the Forte digital interface drivers and audio plugins will NOT work under Big Sur.

Is there some sort of layer that can run OS X drivers on Big Sur?

Or can I buy a Mac Mini downgraded to OS X?

Is there anyway to use macOS 10.11 apps on big sur? I bought a soundcard and his drivers are only compatible between macOS 10.06 and 10.11(It also works on 10.14 but not officially). How can I install the drivers via the pkg using macOS big sure?

downgrading MacBook Air from mojave to el capitan I have a MacBook Air (2015) I just bought second hand. It comes with Mojave. However it doesn't work with my Roland UA-25 EX soundcard. I bought the laptop for music production so this is a problem. Roland have said they won't ever update the soundcard drivers beyond OSX 10.11. I tried downloading El Capitan (10.11) from the App Store, using another older Mac I have but only the 10.11.11 and 10.11.16 updates are available. Mojave refuses to allow this to be installed, saying I need 10.11. This is not available. Can I please get a link to download the original El Capitan? Will it work on my laptop? My laptop runs mojave fine. I really don't want to get a new soundcard.

It is totally in the hands of Focusrite to make their drivers compatible

with macOS Big Sur. If they take no action, then there is no work around

to make their gear work until they do.
