I just got a new pair of AirPods Pro’s. They work well but the only problem is that the noise cancellation and transparency mode (the only reason I got the pros) aren’t working. It sounds the same no matter what mode I put it in. Is there a fix for this or do I have to send my airpods in and get another new pair?
