Update iOS 14.7 breaks the addition and operation of bank cards on iPhone and Watch.
When trying to add a bank card, the error " Work is not possible in the selected region".
The settings were not changed on the phone: region Russia, language Russian.
When will the error be corrected?

You may also need to contact your bank or card issuer, if they are listed in the link above, and you are unable to add the card after following the guide below.
