Can I use my Apple Pay to transfer funds to a persons bank account that is available for immediate use without a hold

As it turns out, when you send money to someone using the Messages app, they are usually able to use the funds right away from their Apple Cash account. Keep in mind that account security checks might require additional time to make funds available. Once your contact has the money in their Apple Cash account, they may be able to use the Instant Transfer feature with their Visa debit card.
