For hardware purchased from the Apple online store, see the following from Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple


Once an item is shipped or picked up, Apple will create an invoice for your order. To view or print your invoice, go to your Order Listing

 page and select an item to go to the order details. Then, select View Invoice at the top of your order details page to access your invoice.

If you need help viewing or printing your invoice, speak with an Apple Specialist at 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE.

I'm having a problem with videos playing on my iPad. They were playing fine until just a few months ago, then they started having problems. There is a strange bubbly sound that keeps interrupting, and it gets worse the longer I play a video. The audio and video also goes out of sync when this happens, and there are portions of the video that are clipped out. It's just unwatchable. It started with YouTube, so I wondered if it was just a YouTube problem, but then I started seeing the problem in ALL videos across the board: streaming movies on Amazon, video clips on different websites, etc. It's a consistent problem with all videos. Has anyone else had this problem, and is it an iPad problem, or can it be fixed? I purchased my iPad Pro on November 28, 2020. It's an iPad Pro 11 WIFI 256 GB. Thanks!
