I pad air gen4
I just bought this I pad air gen 4 but the core apps like mail and Apple TV won’t install or download.

Make sure you setup a Payment & Shipping payment method ( for all the different Apple Stores )in the Settings app, under the large Personal ID panel/bkock at the top of the Settings app, first.
Then, delete the Mail app and the TV app from your iPad and try re-downloading these, again, from the iOS App Store.
