Where can I find my Apple ID and password on my iPad?

Your Apple ID is displayed if you open the Settings app and tap your username at the top of the sidebar on the left. Then look at the light print under your name at the top of the window on the right.

Your password is not displayed anywhere for security reasons. If you have forgotten it, see: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Your Apple ID is in Settings>and right there you should find your name and Apple ID. As far as the password, that may be in Keychain. Otherwise if you have forgotten it, you will have to recover it from Apple.
