I’ve been waiting for this refund for months

I have sent the email I was told to send from my bank stating that they couldn’t give me my money back because Apple is declining it ..I was told once I’ve sent that email I should get an email back and ever did that $350 I’m trying my hardest to get back because someone scammed me please get back to me
