My AirPods pro has to be synced every time I want to use
Since couple of weeks ago, my AirPods pro has to be synced every time I want to use. I have to "Forget Device" and sync before I use. Anybody else having this issue?

I'm not too familiar with AirPods Pro but are those connected to multiple devices at the same time, e.g. your iPhone, your Mac and/or other devices? If so, unpairing them from all devices and re-pairing them one device at a time may help.
