Lost App after ios update

I updated my ios to 14.7 on my iPhone 8 and could not any more access the App SecurePasswordManagent. The message received is that the distributor should update the App to be compatible to this ios version. However, I lost all contact with the App, as if it disappeared. Moreover, I googled the App and could not find any reference to it. How can I process? I lost all y passwords
