Mail on iPad Pro
My Apple Mail and mailboxes do not appear on my iPad Pro. The settings acknowledge 2 mailboxes (my gmail does appear) but no Mac Mail. Thanks for the help.

I Figured it out! Posting solution in case anyone is having the same issue. In Settings > ‘your name/account’ > iCloud tab, both the mail and several other tabs weren’t selected to sync across devices and/or the iCloud.
I most certainly could have done this by accident during setup or maybe it’s the default settings? - either way, those tabs need to be clicked to green so everything syncs. Hope this helps.

We understand you're having an issue viewing mailboxes on your iPad. Did you setup all of your email accounts on your iPad? Are you able to send and receive emails from your Apple Mail accounts? Be sure to take a look at this article for using the Mail App.

Yes, I did log into my Apple ID, and it shows that I have two email accounts in the settings. I also tried logging into iCloud email manually, and the notice said ‘This account is already active on this iPad.’
For some strange reason (user error!?) when I launch mail my apple account is nowhere to be found. Works fine on my iPhone.
any other ideas would be welcomed thanks.
