i want to reset password for apple id
i input id and phone number on iforgot.apple.com. after that, i see this message "A message with instructions has been sent to your iPhone. You can use it to reset your password." but on my iphone, i didnot receive anything.
i sure that notification setting is allowed for message app.
Please help me!

I tried to follow your way, but all my devices are not logged in apple id account. I want to login but I don't remember my password. Is there any other way to reset for my case.
