Payment Not Loading

In 2019 I purchased Minecraft for my daughter, but she forgot the name of the apple id so we made her a new one, the problem was it didn’t keep minecraft. So today I remembered the ID and we signed in, But when we try and download minecraft from the appstore again it says Verification use you ID password we put in the password and says check revision payment method so I clicked “Okay” but it doesn’t stop loading, I can send photos if you need to understand clearer but is there anyway to fix this?I put in the password but it wont stop loading.
