I have two different Apple ID one for ICloud and the other one for Appstore and other stuffs.
yesterday I bought new iphone and i did transfer all the documents apps and photos
but I couldn’t download new apps because I forgot the password for my app store ID
could you help me out?

Learn how to remove a device from a previous owner's account.
If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
I am the owner of both devices and i do have all the informations about emails names and date of birth except the password .
